For three decades, I have sat behind the judging table at every level of competition, from local stages to national championships including international events. I’ve watched thousands of routines and given feedback on thousands of scoresheets.

But I’ve also been where you are. As a former college dancer, a choreographer for 28 years, and a coach for 30 years, I know that the space between "receiving a critique" and "making an improvement" can feel like a mile-wide gap.
