Do you remember the goal & action plan you committed to last month?
It’s time to get out those journals and check in!
If you achieved your October goal, THAT’S AWESOME! Is there another goal you would like to commit action to over the next 30 days?
If you are still in progress with your October goal, THAT’S TOTALLY OKAY! Take a moment to answer the following questions to help reset and refocus.
· On a scale from 1-5, how do you feel you did implementing your action plan and working on achieving your October goal?
· Is the October goal still a goal you would like to strive for?
· What actions worked?
· What action do you need to modify?
· What actions do you need to eliminate?
Goals take time and commitment. Some goals take longer to achieve than initially planned. That is very common and should not deter your drive and determination. Just remember to reevaluate and KEEP GOING!
