MINDSET CHECK: 10 MOTIVATING REMINDERS WHY
Somedays we need reminders of why we show up, sweat, push ourselves to our limit, work through those muscle aches, and more. Below are 10 motivational reminders.
1. Every minute you train adds up! There is no action too small! Make it count!
2. Whatever you do consistently will build habits. You perform how you practice.
3. You have control over your development as a dancer. It is up to you!
4. There is power in writing down your goals and saying them out loud.
5. What you do outside your team/classroom environment will define you.
6. Intentional, hard work over time is often more important than talent.
7. The character-building moments you learn from dance, will serve you throughout life. It’s okay for things to be hard! You’ve survived 100% of your hard days!
8. A positive attitude will almost always lead to better outcomes. You will at the very least enjoyed the process!
9. Each day is a chance to be better than the day before. Approach it with a mindset of growth and opportunity!
10. If you love what you are doing, hard work doesn’t feel like work at all!
